Total Duration: 6 cycles (each cycle = 28 days)
Ventoxen (Oral) Schedule: for Previously Untreated CLL/SLL
Start on Cycle 1, Day 22 with a 5-week ramp-up dosing schedule.
After ramp-up (from Cycle 3, Day 1)→ Continue 400 mg orally once daily until the end of Cycle 12.
Total Duration: 12 cycles (each cycle = 28 days)
Recommended Dosage for
Previously Treated CLL/SLL
After Ventoxen 5-week Dose Ramp-Up Schedule,
Take 400 mg orally once daily for 7 days before starting Rituximab.
Treatment of Venetoclax in combination with Rituximab is designed to be completed in ~24 months.
Rituximab Schedule
Total Duration: 6 cycles (each cycle = 28 days)
Ventoxen (Oral) Maintenance Phase
Continue 400 mg orally once daily from Cycle 1, Day 1 of Rituximab.
Total Duration: 24 months.
