Recommended Dosage for AML
The recommended dosage and ramp-up of Ventoxen depends upon the combination agent.
Dosing Schedule for 3- or 4-Day Ramp-up Phase in
Patients with AML
Day 1
Take 100 mg
of Ventoxen
in combination with
azacitidine 75 mg/m2
(IV or SC), or decitabine 20 mg/m2 (IV),
or cytarabine 20 mg/m2
(SC) as
determined by your
healthcare provider.

Day 2
Take 200 mg
of Ventoxen
in combination with

in combination with azacitidine 75 mg/m2 (IV or SC) on Days 1–7, or decitabine 20 mg/m2 (IV) on Days 1–5 of each 28-day cycle as determined by your healthcare provider.
In combination with
low-dose cytarabine
Take 600 mg of Ventoxen
in combination with cytarabine 20 mg/m2 (SC) on Days 1–10 of each 28-day cycle as determined by your healthcare provider.
